Facilities and Relationship Management

Facilities is responsible for the maintenance, operation, and preservation of the university’s facilities ensuring the safety and comfort of faculty, staff and students. This includes: The Heating Plant, Trades and Skilled Laborers, Custodial and Grounds operations, Locksmith Shop, and many other staff and groups working together to serve the needs of the campus community. Relationship Management ensures consistent, client-focused operations across the Services portfolio, and translates ‘business requirements’ into functional approaches and supporting solutions development. This includes: service relationships, Relationship Management consultants, and Strategic Business Advisors within Facilities.
